I am a Culture, Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion specialist with over 20 years’ experience in global roles across private and public sectors. I have a pragmatic approach and am able to quickly synthesise information to create the  right solutions. In recent years I have worked with organisations facing a cultural crisis with a requirement to report on progress to external bodies. My work at No 10 Downing St, BP and Barclays are examples. I am confident working across all levels within an organisation, including at Board level, and have a depth of experience in organisational development, executive development and talent management.

  • Established Australia’s first and most successful private sector employment programme for Indigenous Australians (Government funded program)
  • Established Australia’s first Autism employment service
  • Developed a one-page framework and process to quarterly assess Barclays group wide culture, enabling the businesses and functions to assess progress during a cultural transformational process. Reporting progress to global regulators, the Board and Group Executive Committee. This framework has influenced UK banks and global regulators in how they assess cultural change
  • Head of Employee Insights globally for Barclays, changing from an annual survey to a quarterly pulse survey and using different technology to obtain greater insights
  • Led the global group-wide cultural transformation project, pursuant to the Libor scandal, for Barclays
  • Led a significant Organisational Development (OD) project within the executive population post the Macondo oil spill disaster for BP
  • Delivered a culture program for No 10, Office of Prime Minister (UK)
  • Equality specialist, establishing the Equality and Human Rights Commission (UK)
  • Designed and undertook a research project on intersectional discrimination resulting in an amendment to the 2009 UK Equality Bill
  • Advised the UK Home Office minister on Diversity and Inclusion matters
  • Established the first Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) consulting practice in Australia for Diversity@work
