After many years working in this space is this simple explanation the key to understanding Culture and Ethics?
Every organisation’s culture is different and while no culture is wrong, some can be toxic and need remediation. Some cultures are tight with strict process and policies, others loose but with a strong sense of purpose.
What is important is to place value on your culture and make sure it adds value. Building your Leadership and Talent is a critical foundation stone for successful cultural change as leaders guide groups to perform and define ‘how things get done’.
